A fantastic opportunity for a passionate and professional individual to join a luxury brand within the world-renowned shopping destination of Bicester Village as a Sales Assistant. Working to provide exceptional levels of one on one service using brand knowledge to inspire customer purchase.

A full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, the company is offering £26,500 -£28,000 per annum.

Duties of the role:

· Exceptional communication at all levels, including with CEO/Founder and Head Office.

· Meet and greet all customers.

· Offer 1:1 service within the sales journey and after care.

· Aid customers in finding their desires and support with styling.

· Use a range of selling techniques to boost sales, promote brand and product.

· Provide suggestions for products based upon the knowledge gained.

· Restock and tidy the shop floor to ensure all products accessible and available.

· Operate the tills completing sales from start to finish.

· Create a portfolio of clients and maintain and engaging, interactive and communicative service and encourage repeat business.

· Provide outstanding customer service.

· Have experience working in Luxury Retail.

· Have a passion and interest in learning about the brand and all products.

· Be flexible with the hours worked.

· Work well as a team and operate smoothly under pressure.
