This job would suit a highly skilled Electronics Engineer with strong experience in analogue and digital electronics, embedded firmware development and full product lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities for the Electronics Engineer job in Bicester, Oxfordshire.
* Design and develop analogue and digital electronic hardware.
* Develop embedded firmware for microprocessor-based products.
* Manage products through the full lifecycle from concept to production.
* Apply Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
* Support EMC testing, product approvals and compliance activities.
* Design mechanical components, housings and test fixtures where required.
* Manage development projects, schedules and technical deliverables.
* Provide mentoring and technical support to junior engineers.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

* Degree qualified in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
