Responsibilities as a Lead Activities Coordinator:
* Plan and deliver a varied, person-centred activities programme
* Lead and support the activities team to ensure high-quality delivery
* Encourage resident engagement to promote wellbeing and independence
Requirements as a Lead Activities Coordinator:
* Qualification in social care, recreational therapy, or Occupational Therapy
* Previous activities coordinator experience (essential)
* Additional certification in arts, music, or community engagement
* Knowledge of NAPA training
