Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation on process improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during all activities.
Support the engineering and manufacturing teams with technical expertise and solutions.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and operational excellence.Profile
A successful Operations Improvement Technician should have:
A strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Relevant technical qualifications or training in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams.
