The successful candidate will have experience using Xero and be confident managing day-to-day financial administration while supporting the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.
* Maintain accurate financial records using Xero.
* Process purchase and sales invoices.
* Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements.
* General data entry and maintaining accurate company records.
* Answering telephone calls and responding to emails.
* Preparing documents, reports and correspondence.
* Providing administrative support to the wider team as required.
Key attributes
* Payroll experience
* Previous experience in a similar bookkeeping role.
* Experience working within a small business environment.
* Proficiency in Xero is advantageous.
