Role Overview:
Milk Education is delighted to be working with a warm, welcoming, and inclusive primary school in the L20 area of Liverpool, who are seeking a Year 3 Teacher to join their dedicated KS2 team.
This role is ECT-friendly and ideal for teachers at the start of their career or those looking to further develop their confidence within a supportive Key Stage 2 environment.
You will be supported by an experienced teaching team, strong leadership, and well-established planning systems, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging and high-quality lessons.
Classroom & School Support:
- Friendly, community-focused primary school

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum
- Create a positive, stimulating, and inclusive Year 3 classroom environment
- Support pupils' progress across English, Maths, Science, and the wider curriculum
- Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Differentiate learning to support all pupils, including those with SEND
- Promote positive behaviour, independence, and a love of learning
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, the SENCO, and senior leadership to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are very welcome to apply
- A secure understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum, particularly Lower KS2
- A positive, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach to teaching
- A reflective practitioner committed to continuous professional development
- Confidence to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
