The Role
Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 0–5 years.
Deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
Support children's personal, social, and emotional development through play-based learning.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (essential).
Previous experience working within a UK nursery or Early Years setting.
A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
