Merchandiser

As a Merchandiser in the retail industry, you'll play a key role in managing stock levels, analysing sales trends, and ensuring the right products are available to meet customer demand. Based in Pin Mill House, Wardley Industrial Estate, your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and profitability of the business.

Description

Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure availability of key products.
Analyse sales data to identify trends and make informed purchasing decisions.
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery schedules.
Plan and forecast stock requirements based on seasonal trends and consumer demand.
Work closely with the sales team to align stock levels with promotional campaigns.
Identify slow-moving stock and implement strategies to improve turnover.
Maintain accurate records of stock and sales data.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.Profile

A successful Merchandiser should have:
