Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Typically this person will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of yacht refit and repair work on prestige sailing yachts. The role will involve structural repairs, interior fit-out, exterior joinery, composite laminating and fabrication, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities of:
Carry out structural repairs and refit work on sailing yachts.
Complete interior fit-out and exterior joinery tasks.
Undertake GRP laminating and composite repairs.
Assess vessel condition and plan repair activities.
Work from technical drawings and engineering specifications.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Support lift-outs, yard operations and routine vessel maintenance.
Collaborate with engineers, technicians and other marine trades.
Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and health & safety. Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Shipwright or Boatbuilder within the marine industry.
Strong knowledge of yacht refit, repair and structural boatbuilding.
Experience working on prestige or performance sailing yachts is desirable.
Competent in GRP laminating, composite repairs and fabrication.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Relevant Boatbuilding, Shipwright or Marine Engineering qualification, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
