The Role - SEN Teacher
Seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Teacher to support pupils aged 4-19 within a specialist setting. You will teach small classes and deliver a highly differentiated curriculum tailored to a range of special educational needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties and associated communication needs. The role involves planning engaging lessons, working towards EHCP outcomes, promoting independence, supporting positive behaviour and creating a structured learning environment where pupils can make meaningful progress. You will work closely with teaching assistants, therapists and families to ensure every pupil receives the support they need to succeed.
