How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Head of Brand Strategy
Sector: Brand Strategy | Property | Real Estate | Marketing | Commercial Fit Out

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Brand Strategy to join a growing, design-led consultancy operating across the commercial property and built environment sectors.

This is a senior strategic role within a multidisciplinary business combining brand consultancy, marketing, creative and technology, with a strong focus on helping clients position, market and ultimately lease commercial assets.

Reporting into the Managing Director and working closely with the wider leadership team, you will take ownership of brand strategy across external client campaigns, internal businesses and live business development pitches, with a clear pathway towards a board-level position for the right individual.

    The Role

As Head of Brand Strategy, you will set the strategic direction across the business, combining commercial insight, creative thinking and strong storytelling to develop compelling brand and marketing strategies.

You will work across a varied range of projects, from repositioning existing commercial assets and launching new developments through to shaping corporate brands and supporting major pitches.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead brand positioning and strategy for commercial property and development projects.

    * Develop distinctive positioning based on the asset, location, target audience and competitive landscape.

    * Create compelling brand narratives, naming strategies, tone of voice and creative platforms.

    * Bring together technology, visualisation and traditional marketing into cohesive campaigns.

    * Act as a senior strategic advisor to clients, presenting and defending recommendations with confidence.

    * Support internal businesses with brand positioning, marketing strategy and go-to-market planning.

    * Challenge existing thinking and bring an external, commercially focused perspective.

    * Work closely with pitch teams to identify winning strategies and develop persuasive narratives.

    * Lead and coach colleagues in presenting strategic ideas effectively.

    * Set and maintain a high strategic and creative standard across the business.

    * Build, mentor and manage internal and external strategic resource.

    * Stay close to property, occupier, consumer and technology trends and translate these into actionable insight.

    * Contribute to the wider commercial and strategic direction of the business as part of the senior leadership team.

    About You

The successful candidate is likely to have:

    * Significant experience within brand strategy, strategic planning, brand consultancy or a similar senior position.

    * A strong ability to turn insight into distinctive positioning and commercially compelling narratives.

    * Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills, with the gravitas to engage senior stakeholders and clients.

    * A strong commercial mindset, understanding how strategy can drive leasing, business development and commercial results.

    * Experience working across multiple audiences, projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced consultancy or agency environment.

    * An interest in property, placemaking, real estate, the built environment or B2B marketing would be advantageous, although not essential.

    * A genuine interest in how technology, AI, visualisation and emerging tools are influencing the future of marketing and brand storytelling.

    * The ability to move comfortably between client consultancy, internal advisory work and live pitch environments.

    * A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to develop and bring the best out of those around you.

    * The ambition and credibility to develop into a board-level strategic leader.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded brand strategist looking to take ownership of a growing consultancy's strategic offering, working across high-profile property and commercial projects while playing a key role in the future direction of the business
