We are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Temporary Receptionist to provide front-of-house cover for a short-term assignment based in the Longbridge area of Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone ideally with previous reception or front of house experience who enjoys working in a busy office environment and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Collecting courier deliveries from the main reception area.
Answering incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate colleagues.
Managing the daily incoming and outgoing post.
Providing ad hoc administrative support as required.
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.Person Specification
The successful candidate will:
Have previous reception or office administration experience.
Be confident communicating with visitors, colleagues, and customers.
Have excellent telephone manners and interpersonal skills.
Be organised, reliable, and able to prioritise tasks.
Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
Be able to work independently and use their initiative.Assignment Details
