£15.83 per hour plus holiday pay Temporary Immediate Start: 1 to 2 months
The full-time working hours are 35 per week Monday to Friday and office-based 2/3 days a week. The post holder will be a key administrative point of contact with the lift operation teams and will ensure that all necessary administration is scheduled and actioned appropriately.
The role requires excellent administrative skills and strong customer focus. Duties will include chasing contractors, raising work orders, and general administrative support.The ability to work independently with minimum supervision is essential.
What you'll need to succeedY
ou will need to be an experienced administrator from a housing background with a considerable amount of data entry experience and have excellent Excel skills. This is a very varied administrative role. Therefore, you will be required to be both flexible and adaptable.
Previous administration experience and housing experience is essential, along with a professional manner. Excellent communication skills and a polite and friendly approach are also essential.
