Are you a driven Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and delivering outstanding customer service?
Our client supplies to a diverse client base- from sporting events, to weddings, to schools- working on everything from large-scale commercial projects and events to specialist short-term requirements.
We're looking for an ambitious and proactive Account Manager to join a growing and successful business in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of business development, account management, and customer service, with the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to securing business and ensuring a smooth handover.
Qualify leads and identify customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and present quotes and proposals.
Deliver exceptional customer service and act as the main point of contact for clients.
Handle customer queries and resolve any issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects and customer requirements are delivered successfully.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic target accounts.
Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
What We're Looking For
✅ Minimum 2 years' experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or a similar client-facing role.
✅ Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
✅ Strong organisational and time management abilities.
✅ Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
✅ Self-motivated with a proactive approach to winning new business.
✅ Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
