The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Our client, a dynamic and expanding Group Training Association (GTA), is currently seeking a Key Accounts and Employer Outreach Executive to join their team in the training sector. With centres in Hull, Grimsby, and Scunthorpe, our client specialises in providing Level 3 & 4 engineering apprenticeships, higher education, and upskilling courses to over 300 client companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a first-class consultative sales experience to prospects and customers across the range of training products and services.
Achieve agreed personal sales targets across the training offerings.
Develop and deliver sales presentations using various media and techniques to achieve successful outcomes.
Maintain regular, effective, and timely interventions with all prospects and customers, ensuring that all contact is recorded in the CRM.
Manage a personal pipeline of opportunities to ensure achievement of personal objectives and contribution to team targets.
Develop business proposals for prospects and customers.
Conduct sales meetings with prospects and customers.
Gather and share intelligence to support the strategic and operational planning of the organisation.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers, learners, companies, and the general public.
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management applicable to the role.
Arrange and participate in meetings, team events, staff meetings, and open days/events, including minute-taking as requested by management.
Organise or assist with events to promote training programmes and achievements, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Experience in sales, with a consultative approach to engaging prospects and customers.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to use various media and techniques effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and achieve targets.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to gather and analyse business intelligence to support strategic decisions.
Full driving licence and use of own vehicle, as the position requires travel across West Yorkshire.
Home-based position with the ideal candidate located centrally to the sales area.
