As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will become a specialist recruiter within your market, responsible for building relationships with both clients and candidates.
You will:
Source and interview high-quality candidates
Build relationships with clients and win new business
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
Negotiate offers and close deals
Become an expert within your specialist marketThis is a sales-driven role that offers exceptional financial rewards and long-term progression for highly motivated individuals.
