Description
Process mortgage applications and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
Maintain and update internal systems with applicant and loan information.
Communicate with clients and third parties to follow up on outstanding information.
Prepare and send relevant correspondence to clients and stakeholders.
Handle incoming queries related to mortgage applications and provide timely responses.
Assist with compliance checks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Support the wider team with general administrative tasks as needed.
Monitor and track the progress of applications, ensuring deadlines are met.Profile
A successful Mortgage Administrator should have:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in administrative roles, ideally within financial services.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on accuracy.
Familiarity with mortgage processes or financial services terminology is beneficial.Job Offer
Salary £25,000 Pro-Rata
