💼 What You’ll Be Doing

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll support both finance and wider office operations, including:

Assisting with day-to-day financial administration and data entry
Maintaining and updating financial records and spreadsheets
Supporting basic bookkeeping activities
Providing admin support to senior management
Handling incoming calls and general enquiries
Managing filing, scanning, and document organisation
Responding to internal and external queries professionally
Ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date

👤 What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak with individuals who are organised, eager to learn, and have a strong eye for detail.

Essential:

Good numerical skills and attention to detail
Basic understanding of finance/admin processes (training provided)
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Clear and professional communication skills
