Aspire Recruitment Consultants is recruiting an experienced Accounts & Sales Administrator for an established business based in Bexley.
This is a varied role split approximately 3 days Accounts / 2 days Sales Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts
*
Raising sales invoices.
*
Processing purchase invoices using Sage.
*
Processing supplier payments.
*
Chasing outstanding payments and supporting credit control.
*
Responding to invoice and payment queries.
*
Maintaining accurate financial records.
Sales Administration
*
Processing customer enquiries, quotations and sales orders.
*
Managing existing customer accounts.
*
Speaking with customers by phone and email.
*
Updating CRM and customer records.
*
Liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
*
Providing general sales and office administration support.
Skills & Experience
*
Previous accounts or finance administration experience.
*
Experience with sales and purchase invoicing.
*
Sage experience preferred.
*
Credit control experience.
*
Strong administration and organisational skills.
*
Confident customer communication skills.
*
Good attention to detail.
*
CRM and Microsoft Office experience beneficial.
This role would suit an experienced Accounts Assistant, Accounts Administrator or Finance Administrator who enjoys a varied position combining accounts, customer contact and sales administration.
