Prospero Group are delighted to be recruiting a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our Leeds Teaching Team!
You will be supporting by carefully resourcing experienced teaching staff and handling multiple bookings.
In this role you will be responsible for-
Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
Speaking to clients to identify needs and work within set timescales
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both schools/LEAs and candidates
Advertising jobs, CV searching and registrations
Working with the team to fill bookings
Supporting with candidate mailers
Ensure timesheets are chased and collected on a weekly basis
Data entry/ administrationWhat we are looking for-

Graduate or equivalent desirableThis role is suitable for someone working in a similer role or within education.
