Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
Lead the conceptualisation and design of innovative architectural projects, balancing client needs, functionality, and aesthetics.
Manage projects from initial brief through to completion, including site visits, timeline management, and budget control.
Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Present design concepts, provide progress updates, and address client feedback to ensure their vision is achieved.
Utilise advanced design tools and software, particularly Vectorworks.
Integrate sustainable building practices into designs, ensuring environmentally responsible outcomes.Qualifications & Experience for this Architect role:
Previous experience working on large-scale projects.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or related field).
Licensed Architect.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
