Salary: £28,851 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
About the Role
As a Multi Skilled Operative with a flooring discipline, you will:
Carry out a wide range of flooring works in both domestic and commercial properties
Deliver work to a high standard, always putting the customer first
Use your wider trade skills to support multi-skilled maintenance works
Work safely and professionally, following risk assessments, drawings and specifications
Be part of a supportive team that takes pride in doing the job right first time
What We're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
NVQ Level 2 in Floorcovering (or working towards)
Around 2 years' on-site experience
A valid CSCS card appropriate to the role
Experience working in occupied homes and commercial environments
Confidence working in a target-driven environment
A good understanding of health & safety and risk assessments
Ability to read and work from construction drawings
A positive, adaptable attitude with strong communication skills
Linked building skills to carry out multi-skilled works
