Key Responsibilities
Prepare, update, and produce architectural drawings (2D and 3D)
Assist in the preparation of planning application drawings and supporting documentation
Support the technical aspects of projects throughout all stages, including compliance with building regulations, and provide technical guidance
Attend project sites to produce accurate as-built drawings
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Assist in maintaining drawing standards and contributing to continuous improvement of processes
Work closely with a Senior CAD Technician and actively engage in training and development opportunitiesRequirements
A degree or experience in architectural drawings
Experience with software including AutoCAD or Revit
Flexibility to travel to sites when required
