We are looking for an experienced IT Support professional to join a leading organisation in the oil and gas sector on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving and delivering excellent technical assistance to users.

Our client operates within the oil and gas industry, providing innovative solutions and services to global projects.

Location and Working Pattern
Woking – on-site role.
Contract - In scope of IR35

Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to IT equipment and systems.
Ensure a high level of customer service while assisting users with technical concerns.
Log and manage support requests in accordance with organisational procedures.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant support teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.Must-have Requirements
Proven experience in an IT support or technical assistance role.
Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Ability to provide clear guidance to non-technical users.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Nice-to-have Skills
Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticket management systems.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals and IT security practices.
