Teaching Consultancy is working with an outstanding primary school in the London Borough of Wandsworth to recruit an experienced School Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming, high-achieving school with exceptional leadership, excellent behaviour and a supportive office team.

The Role

You will provide administrative support to the school office and Senior Leadership Team, managing telephone and email enquiries, welcoming parents and visitors, maintaining pupil records, supporting attendance and admissions, updating school databases and assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Requirements

* Previous school office or school administration experience is essential.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

* Experience using SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom is highly desirable.

* Friendly, professional and able to work effectively in a busy school office.

* A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
