Contract: Temporary, 3-week cover assignment
The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to provide essential support during a 3-week cover period. This role would suit an individual who enjoys working in a structured environment, can maintain a high level of accuracy, and understands the importance of handling confidential information. Previous HR administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring records and documentation are maintained accurately.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Complete data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Process and maintain employee or departmental records as required.
Support with filing, document management and routine administrative processes.
Ensure information is updated and maintained across relevant systems.
Carry out repetitive administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Respond to internal queries and provide general administrative assistance where needed.
