Our client, a reputable organisation supporting critical Defence projects, is hiring for a PMO Manager to oversee their Project Management Office. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to high-stakes programmes.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the PMO team
* Provide comprehensive governance, financial, resource, and delivery reports
* Support programme planning, delivery reviews, and assurance activities
* Oversee RAID logs, change, decision, and action registers
* Manage resource planning, forecasting, and financial controls including invoicing and budgeting
* Drive process improvements and standardisation across the programme
* Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with contractual and organisational standards
* Support large-scale transformation and complex Defence programmes, working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies
