As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Basingstoke, you'll support students both in and out of the classroom, helping them develop confidence, communication and independence. Working closely with teachers and therapists, you'll provide personalised support while helping to create a positive, safe and engaging learning environment.
We're looking for caring, resilient and enthusiastic individuals with experience supporting children or young people, ideally within SEN, education, care or youth work. Experience with pupils who have complex needs is highly desirable, and relevant Education and Training or Teaching Assistant qualifications would be an advantage.
