Are you an experienced Order Processing Administrator looking for a flexible part-time opportunity with a friendly and supportive team?
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Rhyl for an organised and confident administrator to join their busy office. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a welcoming team where your experience will be valued, and full training on company systems and processes will be provided.
What you will be doing:
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing and issuing customer quotations
• Liaising with customers and internal departments to ensure orders are managed smoothly
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Providing excellent customer service and administrative support
What we are looking for:
• Previous experience processing customer orders and quotations
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• A resilient and positive personality who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a lively, open-plan office where there's plenty of interaction throughout the day
• Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads
