Coordinator

Salary: Up to £30,000, dependant on experience
Location: Manchester
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time 

We're looking for a proactive Coordinator to join a growing business where you'll play a vital role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Working as part of a close-knit and supportive team, you'll coordinate work schedules, communicate with customers and engineers, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will be: 

Coordinate planned and reactive work schedules, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently.
Act as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing timely updates throughout the job lifecycle.
Manage a busy shared inbox, responding promptly to enquiries and requests.
Liaise with engineers and subcontractors to arrange attendance and monitor job progress.
Produce service reports and raise invoices accurately following completed work.
Maintain accurate records using the company's job management system.
Ensure excellent communication between customers, engineers and internal teams. We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced within a customer service, service desk, scheduling or coordination role.
Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
A strong communicator with excellent telephone and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy.
Positive, proactive and able to work well under pressure.
A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent service.
