The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Control of Work Coordinator

40 hours per week (Mon-Friday) day shifts, with some agreed hours at evenings and weekends.
Our Heathrow based fuel operations client is now taking applications for an experienced Control of Works Coordinator.
You'll lead the day-to-day Control of Work and contractor management processes, ensuring safe, compliant delivery of works across the aviation fuel tank farms and hydrant systems. You'll be the central point of contact for contracted work on site, driving high standards in process safety, permits, and site assurance.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the client's Control of Work and Permit to Work (PTW) processes (Level 1 authority)
Review method statements, task statements, risk assessments and excavation documentation
Coordinate contractor visits, escorts/focal points, and site access planning
Manage inductions, records, and verification of contractor certification
Oversee lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) controls, permit boards and lock boxes
Conduct site checks to confirm works follow approved RAMS; use stop-work authority when required
Support HAL permit/service clearance processes and maintain auditable CoW records/KPIsWhat we're looking for:
Experience in a process operating environment (e.g., oil & gas, power, pipelines, Waste to Energy, Renewable Energy)
Strong working knowledge of PTW systems, method statements and risk assessment processes
NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent experience)
Confident communicator with strong planning/organisation and IT skills
Desirable: NEBOSH/IOSH, P&IDs/drawings, mechanical/electrical exposure, contractor management
