Teach Plus are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teacher to work within a friendly Community Primary School in Dover. Role Responsibilities
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across different subjects and year groups
Maintain positive behaviour and a safe, structured learning environment
Adapt quickly to new classroom settings and school routines
Monitor and support pupil progress during lessons
Create an engaging, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Provide high-quality teaching and classroom support when required
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staffThe Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a flexible and confident Supply Teacher who can quickly build rapport with pupils and staff.
Essential Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
Flexibility to work across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Positive, adaptable, and professional approach to teaching
Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
Right to work in the UKDesirable
Previous experience working as a Supply Teacher, Primary Teacher, or Cover Teacher
Ability to deliver engaging lessons across multiple subjects
