CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Maintenance Engineer with either electrical or mechanical bias to be based in a commercial building in Paddington Street, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across the site as part of a team.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £42,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

A basic salary of £42,000
Monday to Friday – 07:00am – 16:00pm / 08:00am – 17:00pm rotating weekly
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
Emergency lighting tests
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motors
Water flushing / temp checks logs
Boosted water pumps
Fire damper maintenance
Attending Client meeting
General PPMs
Control of sub-contractors
Permit to work system
Maintaining Site logbooks
Requirements
Electrically or mechanically qualified - Level 2 or 3
City & Guilds - 18th Edition
Job logic experience (Preferred)
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
