Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (40 hours per week)
About the Role
BM Catalysts is a leading manufacturing company specialising in catalytic converter systems for the automotive aftermarket across the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Internal Sales team.
This is a fast-paced, office-based role where you will provide high-quality customer service and administrative support to both UK and international customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling incoming telephone and email enquiries
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Liaising with couriers to track deliveries and resolve issues
* Responding to product application and pricing enquiries
* Managing warranty returns
* Maintaining and updating records using Microsoft Excel and Office systems
About You
* Previous customer service experience is essential
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office (minimum 1 year experience required)
* Administrative experience is desirable
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
