Stripping and refitting mechanical, electrical, and trim components with precision
Preparing vehicles to high standards for repair and handover
Diagnosing faults accurately using diagnostic equipment
Identifying and reporting additional repairs or work required
Collaborating effectively with colleagues and Bodyshop Advisors
Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge and expertiseRequirements:
Proven experience as an MET Technician within a Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre environment
Previous experience working on prestige or high-value vehicles (desirable)
Ability to work independently, taking ownership of assigned tasks
Competent in the use of diagnostic tools and computer systems
ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential
