About the Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the classroom while gaining experience across a range of school settings.
Your responsibilities may include:
✅ Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
✅ Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
✅ Adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners
✅ Managing classroom behaviour effectively and positively
✅ Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback
✅ Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
What We're Looking For
We are looking for teachers who are:
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
✔ Experienced in EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
✔ Passionate about inspiring and motivating young learners
✔ Confident, adaptable and organised
✔ Strong communicators with excellent classroom management skills
