We are currently recruiting compassionate, reliable professionals to deliver high-quality care and support across a range of settings, including autism, disability support, and secure mental health environments.

This is a flexible agency role, offering a variety of shift patterns and placements throughout Coventry to suit your availability and lifestyle.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 6 months UK based experience in a care or support role

Strong knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures

Confidence in personal care, medication administration, feeding, and manual handling

Ability to provide a 2 year work reference history

Overseas Police Check (where applicable)

Deliver person-centred care, including personal care, meals, mobility, and hygiene support

Administer medication in line with individual care plans

Work collaboratively to maintain high standards of care

Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment

Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns

Manage emergency situations in line with established protocols

Complete accurate and timely documentation and care records
