Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out
Location: Kilmarnock
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a retail fit-out project in Kilmarnock.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing retail fit-out projects is essential.
* Valid CSCS Card.
* SMSTS certification.
* First Aid at Work certificate.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage site operations safely, efficiently, and to programme.
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations.
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed to a high standard.
* Ensure health & safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
* Monitor project progress and maintain programme deadlines.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and the project team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join an established project with an immediate start available.
