Your new company
You'll be supporting a well‑established national housebuilder on a busy residential development in Carlisle. The site is approaching final handovers, and additional freelance support is required to ensure plots are finished to a high standard. The company maintains strong build quality and expects a professional approach from all contractors on site.

Your new role
You will be working as a Freelance Finisher, carrying out final snagging and finishing tasks across multiple plots. Duties include paint touch‑ups, mastic work, minor joinery adjustments, and ensuring each home is presented to a handover‑ready standard. The work is expected to run for 2-3 weeks, with an immediate start available.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in finishing and snagging on new‑build housing sites
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
CSCS card preferred
Own tools and transport
A professional attitude and the ability to meet tight handover deadlines
