Role & Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and present suitable solutions confidently
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised proposals and quotations aligned with client needs
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word
* Stay informed about industry trends, new product launches, and updates related to cloud platforms like AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure
* Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight key features and benefits
* Manage your time effectively to prioritise leads, follow-ups, and meetings while maintaining a high level of organisational skills
Requirements
* Experience within an internal sales position
* Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively
* Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to client engagement
* Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets
