Location: Willenhall
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours:
* Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
* Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and practical Testing Operative to join our client’s team in Willenhall.
This is a hands-on role involving the pressure testing and soaking of products using specialist test tanks. You will play an important part in supporting the day-to-day operation, ensuring products are handled carefully and tested efficiently.
The role will also involve driving the company van to transport products between the workplace, warehouse and local subcontractors across the West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out pressure testing and soaking of products using test tanks
* Handle products safely and carefully to maintain quality standards
* Transport products to the warehouse and local subcontractors using the company van
* Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily requirements
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
* Follow company procedures and basic health & safety guidelines
* Assist with a variety of general duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
* Reliable, punctual and hardworking
* Practical, hands-on and willing to get involved
* Careful and methodical when handling products
* Positive, proactive and able to work well within a team
* Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
* In possession of a full UK driving licence
Previous experience in a testing, manufacturing, warehouse or production environment would be beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
