Hygiene Supervisor – The Role:

The Hygiene Team Leader is responsible for managing the hygiene team to ensure standards are met and work runs smoothly. This includes organising schedules, setting team goals, and supporting staff performance. The role also involves maintaining resources, improving hygiene practices, working with other departments, and making sure HACCP and company procedures are followed.

Shifts generally run from 12:00 PM to 8:15 PM, with occasional Saturday working.

Hygiene Supervisor – Responsibilities:

- Organising team work schedules

. Communicating team responsibilities

. Dismantle, reassemble, and correctly set the machinery for the next production run

. Supporting the management of the team including, team performance, absence management, return to work meetings and investigations

. Collaborating with other manufacturing teams as needed

. Upholding appropriate personnel procedures and HACCP requirements

. Acting as a role model of the team and Bells (excellent attendance, performance and conduct)

. Taking responsibility for identifying and enhancing hygiene measures

Hygiene Supervisor – You:

- Effective communication skills, ability to make decisions and operate under pressure

- Excellent problem solving skills, good organisational skills and can do attitude

- Desired I.L.M level 3 or similar management qualification
