The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth through a consultative sales approach.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing business
Contacting prospective, existing and lapsed customers to identify opportunities
Building strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
Generating new business through proactive outbound activity
Making high-volume outbound calls to engage potential customers
Maintaining an active sales pipeline and achieving monthly targets
Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Keeping up to date with industry trends and market developments
About You

We're looking for ambitious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are motivated by success.

You'll ideally have:

Experience within a Business Development, Sales Executive, Telesales, Account Management or Recruitment role
Exposure to managing the full 360 sales process
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence making outbound calls and engaging with decision-makers
A proactive and resilient approach
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
The motivation to exceed targets and maximise earnings
A genuine desire to develop your career and progress within a growing business
