Unlike a traditional internship where you may spend most of your time observing, this opportunity combines structured sales development through the Prospect Leaders Sales Accelerator with practical experience working on live commercial projects across all three businesses.
The role
As part of the Prospect Leaders Sales Accelerator, you will learn the fundamentals of modern sales and business development and then put those skills into practice in a real commercial environment.
You will develop experience across prospecting, appointment setting, business development and sales while being supported by experienced sales and business leaders.
You will take responsibility for:
* Researching and identifying prospective customers and commercial opportunities
* Contacting businesses and prospects through telephone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
* Learning how to prospect, qualify opportunities and speak confidently with decision-makers
* Supporting live lead generation, appointment setting and business development campaigns
* Developing your understanding of discovery, objection handling, follow-up and closing
* Maintaining prospect information and activity within CRM and sales systems
* Applying your training across live projects for T3AM Global, JobNav and Prospect Leaders
What you need
It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have:
* A genuine ambition to develop a career in sales or business development
* Confidence communicating and speaking with new people
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* An ambitious, proactive and commercially minded approach
* Resilience and a willingness to learn through practical experience
Other DESIRABLE qualities/skills include:
* Previous sales, customer service or business experience
* Experience using LinkedIn or social media professionally
* An interest in recruitment, technology, AI, startups or entrepreneurship
* Ambition to progress into SDR, Business Development, Recruitment, Setting or Closing roles
Previous professional sales experience is not essential. We are more interested in your attitude, communication skills, ambition and willingness to learn.
