This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Building Surveyor to join a growing specialist surveying business with a strong pipeline of work and increasing referrals. You will have the freedom to manage your own workload, work within your local area and play an important role within a close-knit team.

This established surveying business specialises in residential building surveys and property valuations across the North East. With a growing workload and increasing referrals, they are now looking to add another Surveyor to the team and continue expanding their coverage across the region.

As a Residential Building Surveyor, you will carry out residential surveys across the North East, managing your own diary and completing the associated reporting and administration. The role offers a high level of flexibility, allowing you to work remotely and organise your workload around your location.

This role would suit an experienced RICS qualified Surveyor with residential surveying experience who is confident producing reports, managing their own workload and communicating with clients. The company can also support further professional qualifications for the right person.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants genuine flexibility and autonomy within a small, established team. You will have the freedom to manage your own workload while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

The Role:

* Carrying out residential building surveys and property inspections across the North East
* Managing your own workload, site visits, reporting and administration
* Working remotely while maintaining communication with the wider surveying team

The Person:

* RICS qualified with proven residential surveying experience
* Strong report writing, communication and organisational skills
* Full UK driving licence and based within the North East
* Confident working independently and managing your own workload
