The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Overview
The Purchasing Executive will support end-to-end procurement activities across Ireland while assisting UK operations. The role focuses on sourcing materials at optimum cost, quality, and delivery, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting day-to-day purchasing and inventory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day purchasing across assigned suppliers and categories
Support procurement strategy and best practice processes
Assist with supplier negotiations, performance monitoring, and onboarding
Act as a procurement contact for Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
Support forecasting, project purchasing, and stock level management
Maintain accurate ERP/CRM procurement data and reporting
Resolve invoicing and purchasing queries
Support cost control, compliance, and procurement documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement and sustainability initiativesSkills & Experience
1-3 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
Strong organisation, communication, and analytical skills
Good negotiation and supplier management abilities
Advanced Excel and CRM/ERP knowledge
Exposure to international suppliers or engineering/construction sectors (desirable)
Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or similar (desirable)Package
