About the Role
As Senior Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive team culture. You’ll lead by example, ensuring every customer receives a memorable experience while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service
Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to drive performance and growth
Recruit, train, and develop team members, creating a culture of continuous improvement
