PCBA assembly including SMT and PTH soldering
Cable assembly using crimp tools
Electro-mechanical assembly
Working from BOMs and technical drawings to meet required standards
PCBA rework

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Knowledge or experience of IPC 610 and IPC 620 standards
Competent in PTH/SMT soldering to at least IPC 610 Class 2
Strong component recognition skills
Experience working with fine-pitch components under a microscope
Able to manage and prioritise workload effectively
Inspection experience is an advantage but not essential
