The Role – Supply Teacher
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed Supply Teachers to provide regular classroom cover across a range of primary and secondary schools in the Dudley, Halesowen, and Stourbridge areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers who are passionate about education and enjoy working in different school settings while maintaining flexibility in their working schedule. Opportunities are available for day-to-day supply, short-term placements, and long-term assignments.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with school planning
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
* Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
* Adapt quickly to different school settings and age groups
* Ensure continuity of learning during staff absences
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and school leaders
* Uphold safeguarding and school procedures at all times
The Successful Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have strong classroom management skills
* Be flexible, reliable, and confident working across different schools
* Demonstrate a passion for teaching and supporting pupil progress
* Be able to quickly adapt to new environments and routines
* Have excellent communication and organisational skills
* Be committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
