The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Account Manager

We are recruiting an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop an established portfolio of existing clients.
This is a relationship-focused role where you will be responsible for maintaining excellent service levels, understanding client requirements and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services.
The Role
Manage and develop existing client relationships
Conduct regular client reviews face-to-face and via Teams
Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional products and services
Prepare quotations and follow up opportunities
Handle client queries and issues, taking ownership through to resolution
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver client requirements
Maintain high levels of customer service and client satisfaction
Develop knowledge of the company's IT products and services
Travel to client sites across the Midlands as requiredThe Ideal Candidate:
You will have previous Account Management experience, with strong relationship-building and customer service skills. You'll be commercially aware, confident identifying opportunities within existing accounts and comfortable managing client requirements from start to finish.
Experience within the IT/technology sector would be advantageous but is not essential, as full product and service training will be provided.
A full UK driving licence is essential due to client visits.
